Do you accept reservations?
Yes, only paid bookings can confirm your spot. Please email or book online through our website.
What are your operating hours?
As we work from home and take trips ourselves our hours vary.
What if I need to cancel or Change the Name for the Tour?
We are unable to refund late cancellations due to pre-purchasing the train tickets. If you are changing a guests name it’s important to let me know right away as the manifest for the train needs to be updated. Change fees may apply. Please ensure you bring a piece of ID to verify your identity at the train station.
Is parking available at the PG Train Station?
There is a parking lot; however, we recommend you get dropped of and picked up from the station due to the limited parking stalls.
Can I bring food or is there food and drinks onboard the train?
Absolutely! You can bring snacks and drinks onboard the train. There is also a small serving area on the train for pop, coffee, and chip like snacks. Please bring cash or credit card as the train’s payment system is off line.
